Before writing, identify the job you want. Your profile, skills and evidence should make sense for that target rather than trying to cover every possible role.
Write a short professional profile
Summarise the value you offer, the type of experience you have and the direction you are targeting. Avoid empty claims that are not supported elsewhere in the CV.
Put recent experience first
List work history in reverse chronological order. Focus more space on recent and relevant roles, with concise achievement-led bullets.
Add education and relevant skills
Include qualifications and skills that help the application. Prioritise specific tools, methods, licences, systems and capabilities over vague adjectives.
Tailor before sending
Re-read the vacancy and adjust emphasis so the most relevant evidence is easy to find. Keep everything truthful and specific.
